It is my great pleasure to recommend Debbie who is a friendly and approachable yoga teacher.  Debbie has been my yoga teacher for about 3 years now and I strongly believe she be a great recommendation for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time or for an experienced yogi.  She is always considerate to the classes needs and checks to make sure that everyone has adaptations, if needed, to the poses and the yoga that we do.  I can tell you she is an excellent, friendly and considerate teacher.

I am new to yoga and having joined Debbie’s class, I can honestly say this is the best exercise/ class I have ever taken part in. I am a poor sleeper and on the nights after a class with Debbie, I have a wonderful and restful nights sleep. So apart from all the other benefits of yoga, a good nights sleep is an unexpected bonus.


My knee injury can at times be troublesome and restrictive. Debbie is very conscious of helping me adapt any movement to suit me personally. Can highly recommend.

Finding Debbie and her amazing yoga classes was one of the most important steps in my rehabilitation following major surgery a year ago. Having done yoga previously for 18 years, I was keen to start my journey back to yoga in a safe and relaxing environment. Debbie provides just that environment and is passionate about enabling us to explore our own boundaries, ensuring that we can work at our own pace to reach our potential, both physically and emotionally.

Classes are always well structured and thought out to include breathing practices, relaxation and a mixture of postures for developing strength, flexibility and balance. She remembers every individual’s specific injuries and tailors her classes accordingly. She welcomes feedback and suggestions for future classes and encourages us to ask questions about correct posture and alignment.

Debbie is simply the most wonderfully kind and supportive person with a great sense of humour. She leaves all of us with a sense of calmness and serenity at the end of each class. She is passionate about the benefits yoga has to offer in our everyday lives and is encouraging us as individuals to follow our paths to emotional and physical wellbeing.

I would unhesitatingly recommend Debbie to anyone who wants to start, or to continue their yoga journey. For me, she has rekindled my huge love for yoga and has given me back my confidence in my body’s strength and flexibility. I can’t thank Debbie enough!
